In this post, we will first be starting off with the relevant supplies and techniques you would need to crochet this daisy. Here to make the flower itself, we will be using 2 yarn colours, then the stalk will be in another colour.

Terminology for Crocheting Daisy Flower with Stalk
Ch = chain
St = stitch (refers to number of stitches in one round)
2sc1 = single crochet increase (meaning 2 single crochet in same stitch)
Sc2tog1 = single crochet decrease (referring to invisible decrease)
Materials and Tools for Crocheting Daisy Flower
3.5mm Furls Streamline Blush crochet hook
Scheepjes Catona or any equivalent fingering or sport weight yarn
Version 1 - Purple, Yellow, Green (25gm each)
Version 2 - White, Yellow, Green (25gm each)
Scissors

Now that you have gathered your supplies and had a look at the basic terminology to reading the following pattern, let us first get started!
Yarn
Scheepjes Catona or any equivalent fingering or sport weight yarn
Crochet hook
2.5-3.0mm Clover crochet hook
Stuffing
Use leftover yarn or polyester fibrefill
Darning Needles
Safety Eyes
4mm glass eyes or safety eyes
Stitch Markers
Plastic stitch markers or metal stitch markers
Crochet Daisy Pattern
Crochet Daisy Petals
Start off using yellow yarn.
Round 1: Magic ring sc5 (yellow) - 5st
Round 2: 2sc5 (yellow) - 10st
Round 3: Sc10 (yellow) - 10st
Change to purple yarn.
Round 4:
{[Sc1 FLO, ch6, work into 3rd ch from hook, dc2, hdc1, sc1, sl st 1 into same main st FLO],
[sc1 BLO, ch6, work into 3rd ch from hook, dc2, hdc1, sc1, sl st 1 into same main st BLO]}
X 5 times (all purple)
Round 5:
{[Sc1 BLO, ch6, work into 3rd ch from hook, dc2, hdc1, sc1, sl st 1 into same main st]
[sc1 FLO, ch6, work into 3rd ch from hook, dc2, hdc1, sc1, sl st 1 into same main st]}
X 5 times (all purple) then end off
Crochet Daisy Stalk
Use green yarn to make the whole daisy stalk.
Round 1: Magic ring sc4 - 4st
Round 2: (Sc1, 2sc1) x 2 - 6st
Round 3: [Sc1 FLO, ch3, sc1 into 2nd ch from hook, sl st 1 FLO in main st] x 6 - 6st
Round 4: Sc6 BLO - 6st
Round 5: Sc6 - 6st
Round 6: (Sc1, sc2tog1) x 2 - 4st
Round 7: Sc4 - 4st
Rounds 8-11: Repeat Round 7 - 4st
Then move onto making the first leaf.
Round 12:
Sc1, sc1 FLO,
then ch7,
work into 2nd ch from hook, sl st 1, sc1, hdc1, dc1, hdc1, sc1,
go around foundation chain and work into the other side,
sc1 (same as the previous last stitch), hdc1, dc1, hdc1, sc1, sl st 1,
then work down the middle of the piece with sl st 5 till reach the magic ring again, sl st 1 at bottom again
sl st 1 in same main st FLO,
then continue in round and sc2 - 4st
Round 13: Sc1, sc1 BLO, sc2 - 4st
Round 14: Sc4 - 4st
Then move onto making the next leaf.
Round 15:
Sc1 FLO,
then ch7,
work into 2nd ch from hook, sl st 1, sc1, hdc1, dc1, hdc1, sc1,
go around foundation chain and work into the other side
