Crochet Mini Christmas Baubles
There are 3 mini Christmas Bauble patterns listed below, starting with the easiest and then it gets only slightly more complex. I intentionally made them in different variations so they look nice together in a bundle. The first bauble involves crocheting a red sphere with some stars sprinkled on it, the second has a colourful spiral appearance while the third one looks more like a hot air balloon! Also, there are short videos for each of them just below the pattern, which go along nicely, especially for beginners!
Crochet Christmas Bauble 1- Starry Bauble
Let us start with the simplest bauble first, crocheting the whole mini sphere in 1 colour and then embroidering on the stars!
Make this bauble with just red yarn.
Round 1: Magic ring sc6 - 6st
Round 2: 2sc6 - 12st
Round 3: (Sc1, 2sc1) x 6 - 18st
Round 4: (Sc2, 2sc1) x 6 - 24st
Round 5: (Sc2, sc2tog1) x 6 - 18st
Round 6: (Sc1, sc2tog1) x 6 - 12st
Add stuffing to sphere.
Round 7: Sc2tog6 - 6st
Close up in FLO and fasten off.
Use white yarn to embroider stars all over the sphere randomly with 5 points facing outwards.

Crochet Christmas Bauble 2 - Spiral Bauble
Now we move onto the second design, which is a non uniform spiral pattern. Likewise, I just used the same colours, red and colour. You could change it up to dark and bright versions like I did, or just change the colours altogether! This pattern involves some colour changes so it is slightly more complex than the previous one but still great for beginners trying out amigurumi colour changes.
Start off making bauble with both white and red yarn.
